  • Return Policy & Instructions:

  • PLEASE NOTE- ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER MARCH 11TH ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.
  • In the event you need to exchange a size or return an item, please follow to below steps with in 14 days of your order ship date so your exchange/ return can be approved.

     

    • Contact orders@shoplucyslooks.com to receive a return authorization number from our customer service team. This RA# must be noted on the outside on the box of your return. All boxes shipped to us without an RA# will be bounced back to sender address.

     

    • All items must be neatly folded, unworn, have all Lucy’s and vendor tags attached along with your original order receipt printed inside the box. Please write your pre-approved ra# on your receipt.

     

    • Once your return is received & inspected by our customer service team, your new size will be shipped and/ or a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@lucysanswers.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items are final sale.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for another size, send us an email orders@lucyslooks.com and an approved return authorization number will be issued. This RA# must be noted on the outside on the box of your return. Gifts

** *All Holiday Gifts must be exchanged by Jan 7th, 2022 ***

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, the pre-approved ra# must be shown on the outside of the box and mail your product to Lucy's Looks Returns, 5 Adams Farm Rd, Westport, CT, 06880. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
